Clinic Nurse RN/LPN

Obtain Continuity of Care information and pertinent past history from patient/family; identify chief complaint, completely capture patient information, timely and accurately document in Electronic Medical Record system, administer immunizations, administer medications, assist in procedures and treatments. Obtain pre-authorizations process provider orders/referrals/diagnostic tests; assist provider in direct patient care; maintain & prepare patient exam rooms; patient triage and communication

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• •Successful graduation from Accredited School of Nursing Experience
• •2-5 years ambulatory care experience
• Professional Licensure/Certification
• •Current license by the Washington State Board of Nursing
• •Certification: BLS, ACLS preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, standing.
• •Lifting and pulling (up to 25 lbs. occasionally)

Special Training/Skills

• •Ability to read, write and communicate in English; strong service orientation to patients/customers.
• •Ability to define problems; collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• •Ability to calculate therapeutic medications per nursing standards.
• •Proficiency in use and access of various computer programs for entering orders, patient charting, etc.
